Hundreds of women attended a the first feminist march of 2020 in Mexico City surrounded by hundreds of female police officers.  The women used paint, fire and tasers to threaten police and men who came near them.  The women were campaigning for change in Mexico.  The march was for female activists who had been assassinated, specifically for Isabel Cabanillas and Yunuen López Sánchez.  

Several women's rights groups came together to stand up to violence against women.  Hundreds of women attended the march, surrounded by several hundred female police officers.  Men were asked not to join the march or be nearby.  The groups that attended the march included Ni Una Menos México, Crianza Feminista, Violetas Soreciendo, Amor no es Violencia y Me Too México.  Some statues were graffitied and flaming missiles were thrown at the police.
