This man agreed to become a baker so that he could marry the local baker's daughter. That was 30 years ago. He makes 2000 loaves every day.

I got chatting to this local baker whilst documenting a local clinic in the mountains of Guatemala. It turns out that she was going blind, so was thrilled to hear about the services being provided by a local clinic. News spreads by word of mouth in Guatemala so talking to the locals is a must.
